Brief History
Early 1994
Viccarone Heating and Air Conditioning was founded by Gino, who worked solely from his home basement and van.
Early 1996
Viccarone Heating and Air Conditioning performs first new home construction project.
1996
Gino adds building # 2 on that same site.
1997
Viccarone Heating and Air Conditioning constructs a new shop on his residential site. Gino hires his first employee.
2004
Viccarone Heating and Air Conditioning moves into its first headquarters office and shop on Royalton Rd. in Columbia Station. This new location includes 5 bays with a full addition on the 2nd floor for service dept., mtg. room and elevated mechanical room.
2014
Viccarone Heating and Air Conditioning accepts the expansion with NVR-RYAN HOMES to St Charles, Illinois.
2018
Viccarone Heating and Air Conditioning accepts the expansion with NVR-RYAN HOMES to Columbus, OH.
2019
Viccarone Heating and Air Conditioning finishes construction and moves headquarters to a state-of-the-art facility in Strongsville, OH.
2023
Viccarone Heating and Air Conditioning expands to more than 50 company vehicles on the road.
Today
Viccarone Heating and Air Conditioning continues providing world class service for 5 major national home builders and several custom home builders in Cleveland, Columbus, and St Charles.
Our Legacy
Viccarone Heating & Air Conditioning is a regional leader in HVAC installs and service, largely in thanks to our founder: Gino Viccarone.
Gino has worked his entire life in the HVAC industry. This began with his graduation from the West Side Institute vocational school in Cleveland, Ohio and then by working eight years as a service technician. This is where he realized that he could provide even better service and grow a business of his own.
Gino started Viccarone Heating & Air Conditioning out of his home in 1994. Following his passion for heating and air conditioning through commercial work, Gino began installing new HVAC systems for residential new construction builders. These early partnerships with Kimball, Oster, and Ryan Homes helped propel Viccarone Heating & Air Conditioning to a successful future of serving clients with the level of service that Gino believed that every client deserved for their new home.
Today, Viccarone Heating & Air Conditioning is a leading provider of HVAC installations and services for both residential and commercial customers. Gino still leads the business of over 80 employees today and ensures that their “customer first” culture is felt on every job, both big and small.
